Employment and Sub-contractor Application
We are looking to hire a Residential House Cleaner. For my Small Cleaning Business. This is a Part-time position with (20 hour), but it can turn into a full-time (35 hours) position within one or two month . The candidate must have had prior cleaning experience. We are looking for someone with cleaning experience at this time. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience is a plus+.
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANER:
-must wear mask, gloves while in customer homes and offices all the time. If you have been vaccinated no need to wear mask in our clients home unless, you have allergies reactions to pet hairs, or can not wear one due to medical reason, etc...
-must have reliable transportation.
-must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
-must have a positive attitude with great people skills.
-must be dependable, punctual, honest and trustworthy.
-must be able to handle cash with integrity.
-must provide both personal and professional references.
-must be able to pass background check (no felonies please).
-must be energetic, must have a passion for cleaning an plus (+) attention to details.
-must be able to engage in strenuous activity without any problems, sometimes involving lifting, if needed.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay their employee(s) $15.00 an hour for the first four week of training. You will received 2% raise after completing your training. In order to have addtional(s) pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluated 3, 6 and 12 month from, first pay raise and every 12 month after to be consider for an extra hourly raise.
Others Benefits below:
Paid break time for a full-time employee, (8am-5pm) about 30 to 45 minutes
Paid break for a Part-time employee, (8am-1pm) 15 to 30 minutes.
Travel Paid time between houses.
One Pay lunch weekly on us. Usually Fridays.
Company Car available, save in gas. However, must meet at our office.

- must be Bonded and have General Liability Insurance.
-must notify clients and The Cleaning Mom, in case of any damage cause by you while in clients home.
-must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment’s. Please note: we do not use harsh chemicals in our client’s home. Let us know if you need our cleaning supplier information. In addition, you will not need cleaning supplies in our recurring customer homes, because we have personalized each customer with cleaning supplies base on their home needs. However, you will need a stick for mopping and using heavy dutty duster, clean and sanatize microfiber towels, a bucket, and a least 6 feet duster. The only time you will need to provide full supplies of your own, are for a ONE TIME, MOVE OUT, MOVE IN CLEANING SERVICE.
-You are responsible for your own taxes, franchise fee, gas and other business related expenses.
The Cleaning Mom, LLC Pay all contractor a hourly rate of $20.00 for the first four week from working with us. You will received of 2% raise after working with us one month, (minimum of 20 day in the month). In order to have a pay increase you must maintain an A+, b+ customer service satisfaction. You will be evaluate every 3, 6, to 12 month to be consider for an additional raise, for the first year working with us.
You can get a percentage of the cleaning cost instead of an hourly rate, if you prefer, TBD.
